Indigenous Partnership and Consultation

We bring extensive experience in Indigenous partnership and consultations to our work on transportation projects, drawing directly from our work in the energy sector. Blue Harp Consulting supports Indigenous groups and industry or government proponents involved in rail, road, bridge, and other transportation initiatives, particularly where projects intersect with traditional territories or Indigenous lands. Our work includes supporting discussions around project impacts, benefits, equity ownership, governance, and rights, as well as assisting with partnership development and land access negotiations such as Right-of-Ways. We help advance transportation projects involving Indigenous groups that are respectful and grounded in long-term relationships.
