We provide strategy and development support related to data centre projects, with a particular focus on their connection to energy and utility infrastructure. Blue Harp Consulting has supported research and engagement activities for Indigenous-led data centre opportunities, including market research, partner outreach, and early-stage project planning. Our work considers power supply, grid integration, related infrastructure needs, as well as opportunities to integrate data centres with district energy systems, energy storage, or renewable energy generation systems. We also support partnership development between Indigenous Nations, data centre operators, and energy providers.
